Double-choc hazelnut yogurt

Using fat-free yogurt, dark chocolate shavings and cocoa powder, this dessert is much lighter than it looks, but with all the taste of a rich pudding.


  • 2tsp cocoa powder
  • 500ml fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 3tbsp chopped toasted hazelnuts
  • 30g shaved or grated 70% dark chocolate


  1. Stir the cocoa powder into the yogurt until well combined. Divide among 4 small serving bowls, then top with the hazelnuts and dark chocolate.
